If customers have complaints, please go to Ngoc Viet TRANSPORTATION AND TOURISM SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED. First of all, the customer must notify the tour leader as soon as possible to remedy the complaint. If customers are not satisfied, they can contact the representative (sales) of Ngoc Viet TRANSPORTATION AND TOURISM SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED. on tour for a chance to fix that problem. If the customer is still not satisfied through those channels during the trip, the customer needs to send all complaints directly to Ngoc Viet TRANSPORTATION AND TOURISM SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED. within 30 days from the end of the trip. The Company will not accept any responsibility for complaints received after this deadline.
